BlackBoard 9 - Create a test

This page will explain how to create a test, create questions, and deploy a test.

Creating the Test:

Select the course
Click Content on the left panel
Click or hover over Assessments
Select Test
Go to the Add Test section
Click Create

Type in the name of the test and fill out the other text boxes as needed
Click Submit

Creating Questions:

On the Test Canvas page
Click or hover over Create Question
- Select the type of question

To add question from past tests, click or hover over Reuse Questions
To use questions from your computer, click Upload Questions
Once finished, click OK

Deploying the Test:

Back on the Create Test page
- Click on Content on the left panel, then Assessment, then Test, if you are not brought back there
Go to the Add Test section and below that is the Add an Existing Test sub section
In the box, select the test
Click Submit
Fill out the appropriate information for the test
Click Submit
